這是個在紐約市中心的地點，要前往帝國大廈，時報廣場，百老匯的地點都是走路就可以在20分鐘內到達的地方，附近的餐飲也是很方便，我住的房間向外看就可看到帝國大廈，飯店大廳不是很大，但有提供各式的茶包及咖啡可無限飲用，為一的缺點是房外隔音不好，房門厚重關門聲很大聲

I was in town for a class so I was very happy that the room was quiet each night and I was able to get a full nights sleep each night, mon-fri. there are many options for dinner and drinks all from just outside the door to a few blocks. the room and the lobby were all very clean. the staff is very friendly and check in was a breeze.

Clean and comfortable in a good location

We stayed here for an event at MSG. It’s easy walking distance there, and close to the Herald Square subway stop for getting elsewhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting us checked in a bit early, and the room was very clean. The bedroom space was snug but bathroom was spacious with walk-in shower. We were on the 6th floor facing the street and also right across from the elevator but heard very little noise from either.

Localização Excepcional

O quarto é um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas com malas (a capacidade é pra 4), mas nada que não seja superado com um pouco de organização. A localização é excelente. Dá pra visitar as principais atrações a pé, além de ter uma estação de metrô a poucos metros (a 34 ST, que dá acesso às linhas mais importantes). O check in seria as 15 h, mas chegamos de manhã e já liberaram o quarto sem custo adicional. Foram flexíveis no check out também. Guardam as malas e recebem encomendas sem custo. A limpeza é diária e está tudo sempre limpimho. Foi muito boa a nossa estadia no Best Western Premier Herald Square e sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Would Stay Again

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location for everything we wanted to do on our short trip. We stored bags both on check-in and check-out day. We were charged a small cash-only fee the second time which was weird but it was okay.

Great job, Best Western

We enjoyed our location. Lots of food options. Easy walk to Times Square, Madison Square Garden and subways go everywhere else. You can get a city view, but it is not the Empire State Building. They will keep your bags for $1 a bag on your last day.

I’ll Never Stay at a Best Western AGAIN!!

The room smelled like someone peed on the carpet… 2 days later we found a cockroach roaming in the room. Service was also very rude throughout our stay. The girl who checked us in was aggressive & did not answer questions we had. Front desk was always on FaceTime even when taking care of guests. Not attentive or nice. Also no vending machines, ice machines or mini fridges in room. Very gross. Very disappointed. Will never stay at a best western again.

Hi the hotel took 100 dollars deposit out my monzo account on arrival when i checked out on the 13th they said it woukd get paid into my account 3to 5 days i still havent received this and sent a few emails do yous deal with this since i booked it through yous as it cant be good publicity for yous aswell using them

Siamo stati più volte in questo hotel in passato e siamo tornati quest'anno memori del buon servizio ricevuto. C'è stato però uno scadimento del servizio. La camera non è stata rifatta tutti i giorni; il disagio non è stato per la pulizia, ma per il rifornimento di accessori da bagno e caffè che abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception. Pochi anni fa nel prezzo era compresa la colazione a buffet, questa volta no. Poco male, pensavamo di doverla pagare a parte. Invece la sala colazione è stata ridotta ad un ambiente molto piccolo con pochi posti a sedere strutturato come un bar con servizio al tavolo e menu alla carta molto limitato. Il primo giorno abbiamo provato la nuova modalità con esito deludente. Brioche non fresche e servizio lento con una sola persona a servire i pochi ospiti. Non mi si dica che era domenica: basta andare fuori nei dintorni per vedere che tutti i locali danno ogni giorno un servizio celere e pasticceria fresca. I giorni successivi abbiamo notato che molti ospiti come noi uscivano per comprare la colazione e portarla in camera. A queste condizioni è meglio non dare il servizio colazione. Ripeto che non è per una questione di prezzo, ma di qualità del servizio. Peccato, l'hotel è ben tenuto ed è in una posizione strategica. Faremo altre scelte in futuro.
