Staff quickly moved us once we discovered our air conditioner wasn't blowing as cold as it should be. The property was beautiful as was the beach in front. The complimentary breakfast was the best. I wish I'd known ahead of time that they also have car and scooter rentals on property. The shuttle service was nice to have. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit Yoron again.

全体的には良い旅でしたが、一点だけ非常に納得がいかなかったことがあります。 マリンアクティビティ用のタオルを貸していただけなかったことです。「施設内のプライベートビーチで使うのであればお貸しできますが、施設外への持ち出しはお断りさせていただいています」との説明でした。 海外含め、様々なホテルに”シュノーケリングを目的として”宿泊してきました。今回も一番の目的はシュノーケリングを楽しむことでした。リゾートホテルでタオルを貸してもらえなかったのは初めてでしたし、ビックリしたのと同時に、怒りを覚えました。 そしてその後、ホテルの売店で欲しくもなかったタオルを￥４，５００（！）で買う羽目になりました。 もしホテルの関係者の方がこの投稿を見てくださるのであれば、なぜタオル貸与をしないのか、返信の形で納得がいく説明をいただきたいです。エコの観点から、というのは納得がいきません。施設内ではタオルを貸しているわけですから。 それと、今後ですが、やはりタオルを貸りられるようにしていただきたいです。記名式でタオル貸与し、紛失したら罰金、というやり方など、いくらでも方法はあると思います。（ちなみに、この問題、かなりの頻度で発生していると思うのですが、なぜこのやり方を継続するのでしょう？宿泊客に怒りをぶつけられるフロントスタッフが気の毒です） 次回、与論島を再訪しようと思った時に、タオルを人数分スーツケースに入れて持っていくのを考えると、ちょっと躊躇してしまいます。 それと、最後に。 今回のこのタオルの一件で、フロントにたまたまいらっしゃったスタッフの方に少し八つ当たりしてしまいました。恐らく、派遣会社から派遣された方で、事情をよくご存じなく、悪気なくマニュアルに沿って対応されたのだと思います。そんな方にキツくあたってしまったこと、この場を借りてお詫びします。 ホテルの関係者の方々、ご検討のうえ、オペレーションの変更をぜひお願いします。

El hotel necesita un buen mantenimiento, había mucha humedad en las paredes que hacía que la habitación tuviera un olor muy fuerte, y en vez de ponerle solución le meten una mano de pintura encima. Además tiene una plaga de cucarachas. Las instalaciones externas también descuidadas. Lo bueno fue el desayuno. Una pena porque tiene una ubicación estupenda frente a una playa preciosa.

沖縄本島とフェリーで繋がってます

昭和バブル時代のリゾート建造物が残っていたという感じ。遠くから見るとキレイなデザインだけどペンキはハゲ放題であることは了承してご出発を。与論島ではまだ発生報告のない新型コロナウイルスですが、フロントもダイビングセンターの事務もマスクさせられてました。もちろん島内売り切れで、会社支給だそうです。レストランに入るたびに全員手指アルコール消毒義務でした。なのにコップは布巾の嫌な臭いあり。うふふ、離島っぽさを垣間見てなんだかホッとしました。

総合的には快適でした。 予約当初、スタンダードの部屋を予約したのですがあまりに古く、現地にてアップグレードしスーペリアツインルームに変更しました。 スーペリアツインルームは２階ですが、清潔で広く眺めも最高です。 空港からの送迎バスがありホテルまで５分程度。 目の前はプライベートビーチ。 街中までもタクシーで５～６分。 施設も充実しています。 島で唯一のリゾートホテルです。

今回のお部屋はスタンダードでした。私はウィンドサーフィン目的なのでスタンダードで十分でした。現地でお部屋のグレードアッププランができるので次回の参考にスーペリアDXのお部屋を拝見させていただきました。 外観写真を参考にして下さい。1LDKでテラスにはジャグジーがあり、うみに面しています。差額は+8,000/1泊です。ホテルライフを楽しむ方にはお薦めです。 写真の1,2枚目の1FがスーペリアDX2Fがスーペリア3枚目がスタンダード4枚目がファミリーです。
