We had a suite (1602) and while I appreciate the size of the room (although I thought we were getting a bigger room based on the pictures) the building is old. Bathroom had mold, tub jets didn’t work and several places where it just clearly needed an update. Bigger issue the elevator literally closed on my arm. As we’re headed downstairs to check out with our several pieces of luggage, the doors just don’t stay open for long and with it being older the sensor doesn’t work very well. This place is old and dirty... nothing like the photos! No heat or fan. I got the suite and it was just awful... a painting that looked like an 8 year old painted it. I think this is more of a love hotel because people kept coming in and out to the door next to ours. Stains on the table and crumbs under sofa cushions. Broken hot tub and broken faucet handle. Walls look faded and dirty. The only good thing was the big tv and the city view... but not worth it. I feel this was a bait and switch. I stayed for two nights. I am never staying here again!
