Unfortunately, intent does not always translate to impact. If you don't have blackout curtains, and don't understand what they are, then it is perfectly valid for me to rate a property based on that. If you have inadequate noise insulation, it is perfectly valid for me to rate a property based on that. I could not sleep well despite the use of both a sleeping mask and earplugs.
