This is a nice apartment at a reasonable cost quite near the train station and the main shopping streets. There is no staff everything is handled electronically; personally I was confused by the door because the numbers don't show until you touch it and it looks like you use a card; there was a keybox next to the door where I thought I would find a card but I eventually figured it out. The lights were all electronic and automated which was ok once you figured it out but it would turn off if you were sitting still too long. Biggest problem for me was that the windows were open when I arrived and I left them but didn't realize there were so many mosquitoes in the area, I ended up with small bits all over and killed many. Perhaps if the windows were never opened it wouldn't be a problem
