Gute Lage direkt neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Die Wände waren frisch gestrichen und der Parkettboden war in gutem Zustand. Auch Bad und Toilette waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung.Leider gab es erhebliche Sauberkeitsmängel. Die Bettwäsche schien nicht frisch gewechselt worden zu sein und das Bett war schmutzig. Im Badezimmer waren noch Rasierhaare des vorherigen Gastes zu finden. Außerdem stand ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung, der jedoch nicht sauber war und noch altes Wasser enthielt.Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
