We booked the Red Coach Inn for our visit to Niagara Falls, not 100% certain about the location. We could not have been more pleased withe Niagara Falls State Park literally across the street. We did everything in the park, walked around Niagara and even went to the Canada side of the falls without ever moving our car. The room was delightful. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were friendly and efficient! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Red Coach Inn was amazing. We stayed in the Sheffield Suite. The room was very nice. The view of the rapids across the street was beautiful. Breakfast in the restaurant every morning was delicious. My only complaint was there was never anyone at the front desk. Every time I went to the front desk for something no one was there.

Amy helped us to reserve a bus trip to Toronto for the next leg of our stay and also recommended a taxi for any local trips and Mario was always our friendly, efficient waiter at breakfast, which was excellent every morning. We ate dinner at the restaurant our first night and it was also very good. We stayed in the Finedon Accessible room. Our room was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The bed frame did pop on one side when you sat down or got up and I’m not sure if someone with a true disability could use the tub, which was very deep. Overall our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend this inn.

100 year old building, yes, needed some work on some of the outside areas. Interior was in great condition. Very warm and inviting. Parking is free. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were great.

We had a very good stay at the Red Coach Inn. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Niagara Falls, and the hotel has a warm, charming atmosphere. We also really enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. A few things could be improved. Our room was on the third floor with access only from an outdoor staircase, which wasn’t very convenient. The shower had very low water pressure, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the toilet paper was of poor quality. My biggest concern was a $120 “extra guest” charge, even though my Hotels.com reservation was clearly for 2 adults and 2 children, and that is exactly who stayed. Overall, I would stay here again for the great location and cozy atmosphere, but I recommend checking your final bill carefully.

I highly recommend the Red Coach Inn and will definitely book a stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. The park setting was beautiful and the staff was attentive and kind. The full breakfast that was included was tasty and the servers both mornings we were there were excellent. Very impressed!

Made to order breakfast was amazing. We got a cheese tray and a mini bottle of champagne in our refrigerator om which was great. Staff although there are few are very helpful and accommodating.

This hotel lives up to its excellent reviews. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger suite than we reserved and very comfortable. Breakfasts were included in the rate. Great selection and each was delicious. The dinner menu includes a Finger Lakes Pear Salad, not usually our first choice of a salad, but we returned to have it twice. Excellent service; Julie made sure all was right.
