Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed a delicious, complimentary glass of wine on the roof top terrace. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but I will definitely stay here again.

This is lovely hotel in a quiet part of Palermo. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the breakfast options are varied. I would not call this hotel centrally located as it is a few blocks away from restaurants and bars but that is also a plus because it is located in a quiet zone of Palermo. I highly recommend the coffee shop across the street.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. We really enjoyed the personal service and quiet location. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The air conditioner was set at 16 degrees Celsius which should suggest that it would get cold in the room after a while but it simply was not enough AC for the size of the room and this would our only concern.

Had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia. The staff were all great - very friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good (had a choice between 6 or 7 options), and they provided a boxed breakfast on a day I had to leave early. As others have mentioned, the bathroom could do with a refresh, but it was perfectly fine. A welcome drink of wine and a gifted bottle were an extra bonus! Would absolutely stay at the Magnolia again!
