We booked a couple of nights at this property. There are two buildings, the main one where the reception is located and another building close by where we stayed the first night. As we arrived on a Friday evening, we had a room on the first floor of the annex which has a bar under it that closes at 2am so we could not sleep until then. We found out that it only closes that late on Fridays and Saturdays so we asked to be moved for the second night. If you stay on all other nights, Sunday to Tue is closed and on the other nights it closes at 11pm so not a huge issue. The hotel needs a bit of a refurb as the rooms are dated and the windows should at least be replaced with double glazing to help with the noise. There is a free car park close by and the town is walking distance.

This is an older property and fairly run down. The property manager did keep it “quaint” and safe. The worst part was the street night club that sets up right next to the building each night. The pounding music was so loud that it literally shook the building. A decent night’s sleep was impossible.

Slitet, inte så rent men en fantastisk trevlig personal, väldigt hjälpsam. Bra frukost, men hade otur med vald dag just att då var det väldigt högljudda gäster vid frukosten, de skrek och gormade när de pratade. Fick lite lugnt frukost på morgonen innan de kom och åt.

Väldigt undermåligt i badrum toalett samt en riktigt gammal säng. Ej möjligt att mörklägga rummet med gardin så svårt att sova. Toastol som ständigt rinner, igensatt avlopp i dusch, helt lös armatur i handfatet som var loss från handfatet. Bra frukost, incheckning i annat hotell nära med frukost där också. Trevlig personal på andra hotellet och bra restaurang del och service där. En bit att gå till P-plats.

Hotellet er egentlig nedlagt og overtatt av Stadt Hotell over gaten, så innsjekking foregår der. Det gjør frokostbespisningen også. Altfor liten spiseplass til gjester fra to hoteller, det ble lang kø ved buffeen. Rommet var var gammeldags og koselig, men slitt. Hotellets beliggenhet er utmerket. Parkering er ikke noe problem selv om Hotellet ikke har egen parkeringsplass.
