Choosing this Caesars hotel for the first time was disappointing. It took a long time to check in. It said that it was four o’clock to check in, but it said that there was no room until six o’clock. Anyway, it left a very bad impression on me. My husband and I won't choose Caesars Hotel anymore!

The entrance on the lobby was not that obvious. It is a bit hard to find it for the first time. Everything inside the room was great except that when we were trying to take a shower, the hot water was NOT HOT at all. We called in the engineer to fix it. Afterward, the hot water temperature was slightly higher but not up to my standard yet.
I really don't have time to give comments. If you want me to submit rating in the future, please do not force client into writing comments. Otherwise it will just backfire and I will never make any comments anymore.

Nobu at Caesars is special. A comfy nook in a sprawling building that transports you from the hustle in the casino to a zen space that is beautifully designed.
A must-do hotel for the business or liesure traveler alike.

Nobu is a lovely boutique feel with easy access, great location in Ceasars. Self-parking is convenient even if sometimes not close to doors, but no further a walk than a walk from the front door lobby doors. Elevators are conveniently located. Their robes and slippers are soft. Coffee in morning on the lobby floor which is above the Casino floor. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I am a no light sleeper so had to tuck curtains in and put a towel along the floor of the door.

We arrived via rideshare. Perhaps add in information to your welcome emails on how to navigate from the parking garage (ride share drop off), to the check-in desk.
Individual soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotions are a nice touch, however, are rather wasteful (not eco-friendly).
The surprise birthday bubbly wine was a very wonderful unexpected gift. Thank you so much.

I kinda felt nickle and dimed - from late check out to $20 for keurig cartridges. Ill choose to stay elsewhere

Staff is very nice and helpful. The elevator access takes a minute to get used to. I love the location.

On check-in the first room had a leaking shower and bar fridge wouldn’t open. Also booked 2 queens and room had 1 king bed.
Management were very helpful with arranging a room change and discount to resort fees. After that stay was great and hotel is very quiet away from the noise of casino and smoke smell.
