This hotel is overall very good. Our room was a larger suite style room and had 3 aspects over the pool, golf courses etc, all in good order and kept clean on a daily basis. The pool area is ok, the sunbeds do need an update and there do seem to be to few of them at certain times of the day which im sure is not unusual in mid august. Theres are some strange rules regarding no balls in the pools? Not sure why balls designed to be used in pools are not allowed.. Food in the hotel was good value and plentiful in choice. Location is ok, not relalistiically walking distance to los alcazeres but taxis were easy to come by. Overall ok hotel.

Not spa resort quality

Unfortunately the entire hotel is closed except for the apartments and golf course until the summer and possibly later bc the entire hotel is under renovation. Hotel restaurant, pools and spa are all closed. TV had no cable or tv service. Must drive to get to any restaurants or stores. Nothing is within walking distance. No hair dryer available. Had to ask reception for blankets for the beds. Apartment however, had a nice size balcony and apartment was very quiet bc the hotel is closed.

Everything was closed, bar closed and restaurant closed but when I arrived they had a wedding party. Pool closed but people in it. No air con, no WiFi in room and no working plug sockets. Went to receptionist on arrival 3 times and still wasn't sorted, waited until the next day and another receptionist who let maintenance know. Maintenance fixed air con and plug sockets eventually but WiFi still not available in the room. Maid turn down each day but didn't change sheets or towels plus left bottle of D10 in bathroom. Hotel was too far out of mar menor, 30-40 min walk or 10 euro cab away.

estuvimos en la suite real, era muy grande y con todos los servicios estaba bien. el punto en contra es el zumbido por la noche, imagino de las máquinas de aires de la azotea. piscina con toboganes, devertidos e ideales para niños y no tan niños. en pleno agosto, una piscina jacyzzy sin funcionar (tenía pinta de llevar días por el estado del agua. pueblo de los alcarazers con restaurantes y pasea marítimo del mar menor. el mar menor en estado deplorable, no recomiendo el baño...

Encantados de este lugar. Habitación del hotel muy espaciosa con balcón y baño grande. Camas cómodas. Limpia buena. Trato del personal bien. Las piscina muy grande y profunda, hay desnivel desde 1'10 cm. hasta 2,20 cm. Recomiendo llevar toalla. La salida del hotel es antes de las 12:00 horas y la de los apartamentos antes de las 10:00. Digo esto porque en Internet sólo figura el horario de los apartamentos y confunde. Por todo lo demás muy bien. Volveremos a ir de nuevo cuando podamos.

Buena estancia para pasar todo el día en el lugar

Estuvimos en el hotel en agosto, también tienen apartamentos. Muy buenas piscinas, el agua no está fría, se está muy bien, aunque le falta mejorar la limpieza del agua. Hay muchas tumbonas. La habitación es grande y el balcón con mesa, 2 sillas y tendedero de ropa, la limpieza buena y la cama cómoda al igual que las almuadas son buenas. El baño es grande, ducha con gel y champú en dispensadores de pared, al igual que en el lavabo, tiene secador de pelo. Recomiendo llevar toallas para la piscina, aunque el hotel te presta toallas, pero son muy finas y apenas secan. Buen lugar también para ir con niños, tienen actividades de pinta caras y otras cosas de entretenimiento, piscina para peques y otra piscina con toboganes para todos, tanto niños como adultos. Los miércoles noche hacen Cine al aire libre, me imagino que según fechas hay unas y otras actividades de entretenimiento. No cogimos pensión por error nuestro, pero lo recomiendo porque es un lugar para no salir del recinto. Una vez allí lo pedimos pero nos digeron que no podía ser porque estaba completo el aforo, osea que mejor contratar antes de ir pensión completa. Nos gustó mucho todo y volveremos a repetir, y ya iremos mejor preparados. Espero que os sirva de bien mi comentario. Un saludo.

La piscina cierra demasiado pronto, a las 20h y lo peor es el check out a las 10h. Aparte el moviliario cada año está mas deteriorado y no lo renuevan, ni sillas, ni sofa, etc...

Tres bien pour un cours séjours

Sejour en famille parfait pour les enfants la piscine tres bien avec toboggan, le snack bar et glace a prix olus qu'abordable. Les apparts hotel sont grand confortables avec de nombreux rangements et équipements dont machine a laver. Par contre sans voiture il ny a rien autour il faut 5 a 7 minutes de voiture pour arriver a los alcazares qui est une petite ville adorable avec restaurants abordable
