The bedroom was OK, the bathroom compact but they kept the room clean and replaced the towels every day. The only thing was the pub is on a flight path.

I paid hotels.com for my stay at the star inn ,but on arrival at the star inn, I was charged again , as payment had not been made, but when l checked my bank details I have been charged once by hotels.com £143.74 and again by the star inn. £124.88. To whom do I turn to resolve this issue?
