Hôtel assez vieillissant mais nous avons pu avoir une grande chambre. Salle de bain fonctionnelle sans soucis Tout était propre Nous avons pu profiter de l’espace piscine avec les enfants qui est très agréable. Personnel très gentil La chambre pourrait être plus équipée, pas de frigo, pas de table ou de chaises sur la terrasse C’est très pratique de pouvoir se rendre sur le site archéologique à pied depuis l’hôtel, ce qui évite de payer le parking !

El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento y limpieza, durante la cena nos tocó una jarra sucia. Comida buena pero no toda es fresca, los chilaquiles de desayuno se sentían recalentado, el servicio de mesero fue algonlento a la hora de tomar nuesyras ordenes, pero pornño general no era muy tardado en llenar la comida. Séjour d’une seule nuit mais nous y sommes restés tout l’après-midi. La piscine est très bien. La chambre est propre spacieuse et lumineuse. Le personnel très correct. Le restaurant moyen mais vu le prix de la nuit il ne faut pas demander la lune non plus. L’hôtel est vétuste mais là encore vu le prix de la nuit…Tout à fait correct.

Could be better with some care and a new cook.

Place is clean and largely quiet with large rooms, nice balconies and a lovely pool area. But it screws up the small things. The toilet in my room required several flushes, the sink faucet needed an aerator, and there were no chairs or hammocks (or other appropriate furniture) for the balcony. But the biggest problem is the restaurant. I've had better cooking in a middle school cafeteria. As there isn't a lot else open after 5 pm in the area, you're stuck with bad food.

Ca a du être un excellent hôtel dans ses débuts, et moyennant une bonne rénovation, il pourrait être un très bel hôtel. Le séjour s'est bien passé mais nous avons séjourné qu'une nuit et n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de l'espace piscine qui semblait très sympa.

Underbart hotell med massor av aktiviteter och utsikt över Uxmal. Trevligt stort rum med en enorm balkong. Trevlig pool med utsikt. Bra och hjälpsam personal. Enda som inte levde upp till hotellets i övrigt höga standard var restaurangen. De flesta rätterna på menyn fanns inte att beställa och det som serverades såg lite trist ut även om det smakade bra.

I will never book this hotel or its other branches. I have a horrible experience. The front desk needs more training to acknowledge and welcome guests. When we arrived the front desk staff was stapling bills and barely acknowledged us. We have to ask this person twice about our rooms, and he told us to return at 3 pm since we arrived early. We inquired about using the pool and were told to use it. However, we were never assigned rooms or given the chance to check in. By the time we returned from the pool, we approached the front desk again and we were told them that our reservation was not processed since someone in the office didn’t do the job of processing it. The lady who helped us then seemed overwhelmed trying to solve lots of other issues around her. When we asked to speak to the manager, she told us that there was no manager on site since all managers took the weekend off and left employees to handle the work unsupervised. We were told to begin a complaint with someone in CDMX. The lady told us that since we didn’t have a reservation, she was going to give us a room that was not ready, so we needed to wait more. Moreover, on the following day, the credit card system was down, so we have to figure out what to do to find cash. This made us late to begin our day trips. To sum up, this place is not worth 8.6 rate since it offers lots of stress and headache to its guests. Stay away.

No es mal hotel, pero inconveniente para nosotros

El hotel es enorme, la habitación ok, la alberca muy bien, el restaurante aceptable, y tiene mesa de billar. Lo malo es que está a un par de kilómetros de la zona arqueológica y si uno no va en coche o en tour no dan otra opción que caminar sobre la carretera. No pasan taxis transporte muy seguido, y caminar por la carretera bajo el rayo de sol es incómodo y riesgoso. Creo que el hotel debería ofrecer la opción de transporte desde y hacia las ruinas,y quizás desde y hacia el pueblo, aunque tuviera una cuota. Además, la joven que nos recibió en la mañana no estaba nada informada de los horarios y opciones de transporre. La empleada de la tarde todo lo contrario y nos explicó muy bien.
