Staff was understandably good as had a slight problem with the booking on arrival, which was dealt with in favour. Room was clean, buffet breakfast which served it’s purpose, was good for short stay and what we needed. The location was excellent for Tram stop with pub and McDonald’s across the road. Visited IWM and Corrie experience and marathon weekend within easy walkable distances. Overall satisfactory.

It's a bit disappointed when I'm looking for cutlery then staff told me just use disposable one. She's a bit crabbit. She must be not having a good morning.
