This is an old building (if you can't do stairs see if they have a ground floor room??), but our bath was modern and room quite comfortable. You can walk to myriad restaurants from here and the large plazas, a metro, etc. Our area was very quiet at night. Breakfast was simple, but gets you out the door. Great coffee and can order custom eggs and fresh fruit. Wine hour in the early evening is a nice touch & provides opportunity to meet other travelers. They have a lovely courtyard and in warmer months would be a great place to hang. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and unique boutique hotel. Perfect for our pre-cruise visit to Santiago. Very close to the funicular and hop on/hop off bus stop. Patio Bella Vista is also a very short walk away with restaurants and shops. Fantastic Peruvian-style restaurant right across the street. Super friendly and helpful staff.
