Room was clean with an interesting theme concept like comic book couch pillows. Good view from the room and great distance to walk to BOK center for the event. Difficult to park and is paid at $25 a night. Not good directions to find the entrance. Circled around half an hour trying to find entrance and no easy way to get ahold of front desk to get help. Kept getting automated lines and other people that couldn’t help from the hotel website. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Hotel staff seemed new and should get better as they get trained. Have to get to lobby early for coffee because it gets put up early but able to get it if you ask.

Overall this was a great hotel. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful with answering questions. Property was extremely secure, which was a peace of mind as Tulsa seemed to have folks frequently walking wondering the streets that seemed on drugs/a little sketchy. Location is good. Walking distance to arena, expo, convention center and downtown area with plenty of food options. Our room was very nice. The only 2 downfalls were 1) due to the size of stream coming from the showerhead and not having a way to adjust/move it, water leaked all all over the floor through the gap at the bottom and side of the glass shower door. 2) There was no cold water in any of the faucets. It was either warm or hot. The only other thing was they were allowing people to park at hotel parking lot which was frustrating because we got back late and there was no parking spot for us.
