Perfect location in Poblado walking distance to Provenza and the night life but conveniently located in a quiet area. Room is spacious and clean with a balcony with a wonderful view although the lighting is not the best you can manage. Unfortunately I got food poisoning one day (food was NOT from the hotel) and the hotel breakfast staff were very helpful and gave me some home remedies to help me feel better. I do have to mention the hotel rooftop has a restaurant that is not part of the hotel and I don’t recommend it, service is bad and slow.

Stayed at Sites hotel for few days in a beautiful and spacious, modern room overlooking the city and mountains.The hotel staffs were super friendly and helped with all our queries and needs. Do not miss to enjoy their delicious breakfast buffet with local delicacies. The free laundry machines came in handy for us during longtime traveling. The location felt very safe and good restaurants were in a walkable distance. Definitely recommended !!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled from the US and do not speak a lot of Spanish, but the staff made us feel very welcome and they were helpful in getting taxis for us and recommending local places for dinner and drinks, etc. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the busier area of El Poblado. My friends and I liked that we could get a two bedroom suite, which was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus! And breakfast was great - the staff were very friendly and helpful at breakfast time. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to explore Medellín.

The hotel is really nice, good rooms, nice comfy beds, the people who works there are awesome. Breakfast was good too. We didn't try the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry since there was renovations done on that floor, but the hotel never made us aware of it so that disappointed us a lot. It's like 15 walking distance to El Poblado. The area is nice and quiet to relax after a day of walking in Medellin. Would consider to be back here, if the pool is working. The hotel needs to let the people know what works and what doesn't work. We rented a car for 2 days and was able to park it underground at the hotel without issues. Great lobby and they can call a taxi at the lobby if you need. Overall 8/10

I like many things about sites it was my second time staying there and the reason was the excellent service and so clean and quiet. But this time I had a medical emergency and asked the front desk for an ambulance that they never called. They sent me to my room and told me to wait. I know they probably didn’t want a scandal in their hotel. I was hospitalized and when I came back to the hotel they didn’t even bother to ask me how I was feeling. They also are very strict about visitors coming over it became very annoying.

We felt there was a lot of misleading with this hotel. We arrived around 10:30 from the airport and nothing was open to get something to eat. Next day we went to add parents to room only to find out there was an extra charge of $25 per person per night. Now I understand that many hotels charge so I looked on the website and found nothing saying this hotel does this so was taken back when it was told to us even after explaining to them they need to make it clear prior to coming so you are prepared. Theyhad a power outage that same day and we were in the elevator, but thankfully it hadnt moved yet so we were able to pry the door open and get out. Next we were told there was a full bar upstairs so we go up there had very limited bar selection no juices, no ginger ale, no sprite no specialty cocktail unless you want gin and tonic. Downstairs restaurant we asked for a drink cause we were told from upstairs they had a bigger selection only to be told at the Downstairs restaurant that upstairs had more options. Menu online shows all these different drinks but noone had the ingredients to make them. All in all we felt there was a lot of misleading information to get you to reserve this hotel only to find out they could not deliver on what was on their website. The hotel is nice as a building however how it is managed is very disappointing. Another point is we dont come to Colombia to listen to English music or eat American food. So start playing Colombian music by the pool.

Los cuartos son cómodos y bonitos. El hotel en general está en buen estado lugar súper tranquilo . El desayuno continental es huevo revuelto, frutas ,pan , jugos , café , jamón , queso , cereales . En la noche hay pizza en el piso 12 donde se encuentra la piscina . La piscina tiene calefacción y una hermosa vista.
