This was our 3rd time at the Grand Residence. The place continues to be excellent with the same staff that stays year after year and remembers you. We had perfect weather and stayed in a private master suite with pool with our 2 little girls. We all loved it. They have great baby sitting services that we used practically every day. The kids club was great for an almost 3 year old. The activities were a little advanced for her but she still enjoyed them. We will be going back next April and looking forward to it!

This is a fantastic resort, head and shoulders above the standard Cancun style. Excellent food, classy environments, gorgeous rooms, and an impressive attention to detail in all respects. In a quiet and secluded part of the Riviera (...for now) it offers a calm and welcome alternative to the stereotypical all inclusive getaway. I don't usually travel to all inclusive resorts, but I would certainly consider returning here. Did I mention the excellent food? Overall, amazing value for the price from beginning to end.
