No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price.

The property has this Retro look and feeling. One feels as if time has come back. The building is protected and some features cannot be changed. It was a great stay. I would have liked to see the protected outdoors patio being used with a coffee shop as it was in the past. What a pity, because its huge window allows one to see the sidewalk, the ocean and the traffic. Great to work, have a drink and relax.

An old splendor

This hotel was once the second best in Santos. In the last 80 years, I am a Santos native, it has lost its luster. The staff does a great job but the structure needs help.

O que não te contam na hora de efetuar a reserva. Não tem estacionamento. Tem valet, o que é diferente de um estacionamento no local. A diferença? Uma "promessa" que trarão seu veículo em 20 minutos (sabe lá para onde levaram). Quarto era o único disponível. Sem vista, isso está tudo bem, so que não te avisaram que fica ao lado de uma central de máquinas, barulho garantido à noite. Decoração, cama, lençol, toalhas...ah, as toalhas, secas e ásperas de tão usadas. Persianas, tentar abrir e se cortar com ferrugem e lascas de madeira podre. TV? Canais chuviscos.

Os funcionários do hotel são excelentes, prestativos e extremamente educados. Mas a estrutura do hotel está um tanto degradada, quarto com cheiro forte de mofo e banheiro pouco ventilador contribui para um estadia não muito agradável. Café da manhã bom mas poderia ter opções veganas e/ou vegetarianas. O hotel poderia passar por uma reforma para melhorar a experiência de estadia. Ótima localização.

Por fora BELA VIOLA Por dentro PÃO BOLORENTO Hotel extremadamente mal cuidado, quartos com mobílias velhas, sujas e alguma quebradas. Cama e enxoval de péssima qualidade. Colchões totalmente fora dos padrões de conforto, velhos e mal cheirosos. Banheiros dos 2 quartos que usamos encardidos, paredes imundas com poeira nas portas e janelas q não são limpas há muito tempo. Chuveiro horrível. Café da manhã regular, trivial, comum, nada de fascinante para começar bem o dia. Equipe do hotel, prestativa. Localização perfeita….mas falta LIMPEZA ADEQUADA .

A localização é excelente. A estrutura do hotel está gasta, precisando de melhorias. Equipe de funcionários da limpeza foi bem prestativa. Café da manhã foi o mesmo nas duas diárias. Fiquei surpresa pela vaga de estacionamento ser pago ( não sabia, pensei q era da propriedade), foi com manobrista e valor de 40 reais a diária.

toalhas e roupas de cama já bem gastas. Café da manhã poderia ter mais itens. Poucas tomadas mas é compreensível para um hotel de 1922. É um hotel bonito, aconchegante, localização muito boa. Foi uma experiência boa. Estacionamento meio longe do hotel, também aceitável, fica ha umas 5 quadras. Não tinha shampoo.
