Muito ruim, banheiro do quarto 19 sem ventilação, pois foi tampado a janela e só entra barata, quarto infestado de barata, precisei colar um plástico filme no banheiro para parar a entrada dos bichos. Café da manhã com coisas velha, não é fornecido toalha para praia, não é trocado a toalha do quarto, somente a cada dois dias, lençol sem elástico e curto, ridículo. Colchão torto de 10 cm, Travesseiro baixo igual nada, portas não fecham, precisa fazer um esforço para chavear. Piscina com sujeira boiando, e não precisa Marcele colocar essa mensagem pronta que está sendo verificado pois as reclamações anteriores nada foi feito, a piscina sem rejunte nos azulejos perigoso de se cortar, enfim o hotel sem nenhum investimento, em decadência. Pior hospedagem dos últimos anos. A localização é perto do centrinho mas é barulho até as 4 todos os dias
