We did not use the pool. Checking had a hitch but we resolved it. Complimentary wine and champagne were provided and when we asked for non-alcoholic options we were charged for a lemonade (charged to our room). Once discussed it was removed. Also our room was beautiful but not as clean as it should’ve been. Raisin and chips n the carpet overlooked. We did love the remodeled rooms and amenities.

The property itself is beautiful. It's quiet in terms of location and it was designed so perfectly for the area. It's a short drive to the main street of St Helena. The amenities are nice and the staff was pleasant. However, I was in the room right above the lobby and I could hear everything: doors slamming, music playing into the night, people coming and going. All I could think was they could hear me as well. The staff also ignored my 'do not disturb' sign on the door handle. I stayed for two nights, I did not need towels replaced or the bed made. However I went back to my room after my first night to my door wide open and the staff inside. Then they placed the sign back inside the room. So that was a little frustrating. Overall it was a great location and good stay.

We stayed at Le Petit Pali St. Helena for one night and absolutely loved it. The property has such a warm, thoughtfully designed atmosphere. Our room (18) was cozy and comfortable, with lots of small details that made it feel special. The location is great: it’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to St. Helena’s main street and many wineries. The team was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily come back and recommend Le Petit Pali St. Helena to friends visiting Napa Valley.

The staff were very welcoming and super helpful. Douglas in particular was a star! He gave us the most amazing local recommendations, took our luggage as we arrived, brought us welcome bubblies and always made sure we were taken care of. The property had beautiful design, the best continental breakfast and a scenic view of St. Helena. I never write reviews or even stay at the same property twice, but I’ll make an exception for Le Petit Pali St. Helena. I simply cannot wait to come back.
