Apartamento grande e limpo.Roupa de cama e banho novas e limpas. Ao entrarmos no apartamento, verificamos que a geladeira estava aberta( encostamos uma cadeira e assim passamos o fds)o micro-ondas não funciona, avisamos á recepção, logo que chegamos e não apareceu ninguém o fds todo. Áreas externas e piscina boas, com acesso à praia. A piscina de hidromassagem não está funcionando. Café da manhã bom. Local muito bom, sendo os espaços de convivência limpos e organizados. Apartamento amplo e arejado, de frente para o mar. Camas confortáveis e café da manhã muito bom. Porém a cozinha requer manutenção urgente: mobiliário desmontando e poucos utensílios. Também não foi feita limpeza diária, conforme consta no site. No meio de minha estadia de 08 dias paguei taxa para realização de limpeza.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. Ficamos no apartamento de frente para o mar que tinha uma sacada espaçosa e com rede. O apartamento é espaçoso e as camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom. Os pontos negativos foram: - não tinha microondas (como dito no anúncio) - não foi realizada limpeza no apartamento em nenhum dia da nossa estadia (sendo que dizia que a limpeza era diária)

Foi incrível. Problema: o enxoval da cama muito simples. Recomendo levar o seu. Só tinha um lençol cobrindo o colchão e outro por cima. Tive que pedir coberta. Mas deixa muito a desejar o enxoval. Toalhas um pouco gastas também.recomendo também levar para não ter surpresas. O resto foi muito bom. Lugar de muita tranquilidade. Você consegue relaxar bem. Vale muito a pena. Outra observação, a piscina é cheia de crianças que fazem bastante barulho. Mas isso não me incomodou porque o hotel é pé na areia e fugia para a praia quando começava a gritaria e choro coletivo dos bebês. Vale a pena.

Péssima comunicação e falta de organização.

Achei a acomodação ótima, grande e arejada. Porém informações péssimas, nunca sabiam informar nada. Não fizeram o serviço de arrumação nenhum dia e quando perguntei falaram q achava q não era incluso, depois mostrei que era e mesmo assim ninguém foi lá. Sempre que fazíamos uma pergunta eles não sabiam informar direito. Compramos bebidas no bar da piscina e não incluíram na conta, nós que tivemos q informar na hora da saída, se fôssemos desonestos simplesmente iríamos embora sem pagar, isso demonstra total falta de controle do hotel.
