Awful service and organisation
Avoid! We were a group of 6 couples that had booked separately for birthday celebrations, only 2 couples had an easy experience upon arrival.
We booked a premium king room with sea view, received a small twin room with view of a car park
A couple booked pay on arrival room but as they didn’t arrive at 3pm their room was given away AND the hotel couldn’t source them another room and also DIDNT care, they didn’t even try and contact them to see if they were arriving - this is unacceptable.
Another couple booked a room that had been made up for a family and was not clean on check in
Another couple were told they had no reservation despite having email confirmation from the hotel and the obligatory ‘we are looking forward to you staying’ style email they received the day before
You can’t use A la carte restaurants until your second night - this was not made clear
All in all, really poor service and care from the management team who didn’t care because they knew that the hotel would sell out regardless
Imagine flying in with a young family and having any of the issues we did
