California couple

Love the value of a studio with a small balcony with ocean view to have a mocha made in the kitchenette.5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Nice beach chairs on the ocean. Not new but cosy.

It is what it is

This is my second time staying. The first I stayed in the annex which is not ocean front. I stayed in an ocean front suite this time. The room was in poor shape. The doors were broken, stove was dirty, water bottle empty. I stayed for two weeks and the screens being broken was frustrating. The couch was dirty and while I was under the impression there was no smoking everyone chain smoked on the patios and beach which was pretty annoying with little kids and the room being hot we needed the doors open. The staff they have is amazing but I do see some management issues. Getting my room cleaned was difficult as they aren’t staffed appropriately. The beach was covered in garbage and rarely tended to. The ocean front rooms are in desperate need of updates. For example there was just a drawer completely missing. There also needs to be drying racks for bathing suites and towels. The place is quaint and the location is amazing but I really wish the hotel group would put some love into the property. We will probably stay again but I can’t say I was super satisfied.

A bit noisy shabby decor but nice roof top pool

This is a modern hotel but feels old. The rooms are decorated grey with wall paper that is discolored and peeling in many general looks like it needs redecorating. Extremely noisy from the bars as in so loud we felt like it was in thr room. Music stops about 23:30 thr rooftop pool is very nice with a bar and place to eat.

Desencantado porque yo esperaba una habitación en PB por ser de 3ra. Edad y sobre todo con vista al mar, y me asignaron una habitación incluso en otro edificio cruzando la calle. ESTO FUÉ UNA DESILUCIÓN !!!! NO VOLVERÉ A HOSPEDARME AHÍ!!!!

Property could use a facelift. Some items were new but generally dated. The suite we booked was not what we thought. Upgrade cost more than expected. But a great beachfront property in a less crowded area, just across from the reef snorkeling.

The beach is right there - from our room just steps away. Very quiet part of town, just a 10 minute walk from the town square. Great restaurants in this part of town too! You have to request housekeeping services, otherwise you're on your own - but making the request was easily done. Great to have a kitchen!

There are two buildings associated with this hotel. One is on the beach, the other is across the alley from the first building. Ideal to be in the on-the-beach building. The alley building has the tiny pool. There should be more lounge chair for guests available because the people staying in the first building left their towels on the chairs to claim them from day to day. Positives - it was quiet and easy to walk to restaurants down the street.

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was large and the balcony had a staircase down to the beach. Staff were great and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out, and also helping with taxi arrangements.

So the room itself is a bit run down- ie the ceiling leaked in multiple places when it rained but the location was fabulous. It was in a quiet part of a quiet town and we could snorkel right off the beach to see lots of different fish. Lots of dining options are within 10 minutes walking distance.
