Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência no estabelecimento. No check-in, informaram que o quarto disponibilizado era um dos melhores do estabelecimento. Contudo, foi o exato oposto. A cama estava com os pés quebrados, fazendo com que um lado da cama ficasse caído pro lado; chuveiro com saída de água bastante ruim tbm (parecia mais um próprio cano, cujo jato d'água saía como se nem ducha tivesse); porta do banheiro mofada e com a madeira estufada na parte de baixo; o móvel do frigobar tbm estufado e mofado; elevador funcionando apenas um, e mal, sem qualquer ventilação; e o espelho quebrado. Solicitei a troca do quarto, mas disseram não ter disponibilidade. Mandaram um rapaz da manutenção para corrigir o pé da cama, o que foi feito, mas não a contento. A falta de cordialidade no atendimento também ficou muito a desejar. Foi uma viagem planejada para comemoração de noivado que se tornou, certa medida, de frustração. Afinal, o valor cobrado, quando analisado em relação às instalações entregues, é TOTALMENTE desproporcional. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM! Penso que seria o caso até de devolução do valor. MUITO DESCASO. Hotel situado em uma das melhores regiões do RJ, contudo, entrega péssimo serviço.

Experiência terrível e frustrante

A limpeza do quarto parece não ter existido. Lençol não estava limpo, e foi bem desagradável o cheio de mofo. Reservei uma acomodação maior, seguindo a sugestão do hoteis.com como "upgrade", paguei um valor maior, e não foi respeitada essa reserva! Foi alegado problemas no ar condicionado. Tive sensação de que fomos lesados nessa reserva e foi muito desagradável. A acomodação parecia flagrantemente improvisada, no fundo do corredor! Lamentável!

Não tivemos uma boa experiência

Vamos começar pelos pontos positivos.. Chegamos cedo no Rio e não foi possível antecipar o check in no hotel, porém eles guardaram nossas malas e também pudemos usar os banheiros até dar o horário. A localização do hotel é perfeita pra quem quer ficar ali pela Barra mesmo, mtas coisas ao redor! Pontos negativos: o banheiro não tem Box no chuveiro, apenas um plástico sujo envolta. Por esse motivo o banheiro ficava encharcado toda vez que usávamos, e entrava até um pouco de água no quarto. Além disso, a pressão da água do chuveiro é extremamente forte e não dá para regular. A janela do quarto não fecha 100%, ficando um vão aberto e entrando o barulho do motor do ar condicionado de fora. Mas pra gente o pior de tudo foi que ficamos sem água um dia pela manhã, onde falaram que iria ser resolvido em 10 minutos levou mais de 2 horas. Quando a água voltou, ainda precisamos aguardar mais tempo para ter água quente. Não voltaríamos para esse hotel, o “barato” saiu caro.

Banheiro horrivel e descaso

Cheguei e fui atendida normalmente, paguei o estacionamento por fora como ja haviam informado anteriormente. Mas nao avisaram q a acomodacao seria diferente das fotos apresentadas. O atendente me falou que a unica diferneca seria q o box era de cortina. Mas quando entrei no quarto, e fui verificar, a cortina q tem nao fecha todo o box q é em L , o chao nao tem disnivel ou fechamento da area seca e area molhada, a tabua do vaso estava quebrada de um dos lados e a fechadura do banheiro esta solta caindo no chao a macaneta que fica do lado interno. ( todos os itens me demonstraram falta de cuidado ) . Liguei para recepção para dizer q nao me deparei so com a cortina e sim com essas coisas acima relatadas e ele disse q nao tinha jeito, que era o seu unico quarto. E que me cederia mais pano de chao. Um caos tomar banho e formar uma piscina no banheiro. Ridiculo, falta de higiene inclusive. Ao meu ver quebra algumas regras, principalmente que paguei por algo que nao sabia como seria e foge totalmente do apresentado nas fotos.
