The hotel air conditioning and bathroom exhaust is extremely loud and despite being loud provided no ventilation AT ALL so the bathroom was extremely humid and hard to breathe after you shower. They did housekeeping but only replaced towels and trash bags and left the bed undone and tissues empty. We were given two towels instead of three since we had three people so we went to the lobby to request one and they said they had no access to the laundry room or clean laundry until 10:30 pm. We were also missing a TV remote and when given one, the TV didn't work.

Charged me for a dirty hand towel, $17. Nobody in the office knows much about anything but one guy. I’m handicapped, and they refused me a downstairs room…I was there for three nights. Sketchy neighborhood. Room was nice, but…

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst stays I've had. Contacted manager about refund and have not heard back for weeks so I'm doing a chargeback. The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was mold in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi or cable for the duration of the stay. The AC smelled bad. The sheets had burn holes in them. Staff was very obviously and openly inebriated. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I had a really terrible stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, there's a restaurant in the parking lot, and there were no bugs. But I am incredibly unhappy.

Pros: Staff was great, very friendly. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Close to stores and restaurants. Cons: No vending machines, the cable wasn't working and the pool looked like it needed fixed so it was closed. It was a great place to stay. We felt safe in the area. There is a great restaurant in the parking lot area and a Safeway across the street. I would stay at this hotel again.

Filthy. Floor sooo dirty it turned our socks black. Office girl (in afternoon/evening) concerned more with being outside smoking than being in lobby/desk. Had to call number on office door to make her come to lobby.

Hotel qualified as pet friendly. Refused our pet. Told us to move along. Said we would be reimbursed as we could not know about the pet refusal. Hotels.Com sought but could not get reimbursement. Unprofessional and highly disrespectful hotel management.

Check in was smoth it had been updated TV weren't work but not higher deal was over nite stay the need we're comfy but the floors and bathroom need real deep clean socks we're black walking around on hard wood floors so little gross not overall okay for overnight

Staff was excellent and room worked. However NO cable TV while I was there AND I wasn't notified of that. I asked for a discount for each night and hope to get it. At least enough to pay for the movie I went to instead of TV.
