The staff presence was minimal. Several lights weren't working in the bathroom and ceiling. The large mirror on the only wardrobe door was cracked in two. Although the hotel didn't specify food, several of the photos in the web site gallery showed the dining area. One in particular plainly showed a table with a breakfast menu on it. When I asked reception on the first morning about breakfast they said that they didn't do food, but there was plenty of breakfast venues around, there wasn't!

La habitación le faltaba bastante limpieza en la alfombra, había hasta telarañas nos dieron una habitación que no circulaba el aire se encerró el calor fue horrible los tres días que estuvimos, nos dejan un ventilador que no servía definitivamente no me gustó por el precio que cobran no te limpian la habitación y menos cambio de toallas la verdad muy austero.

I had been diagnosed with cancer and 4 months before my stay I had tried to contact the hotel to explain my solution and to see if they could do a partial refund and it also ment the could resell the room. I offered to show DRs letters but they didn’t not respond to anything of my communication.

La chambre n’était pas très sécurisé, il manquait des vis à la poignée de porte d’entrée. Il n’y avait également pas de verrou à la salle de bain, pièce avec une ventilation vraiment très bruyante. Seulement deux petites serviettes pour deux personnes. Une ampoule sur les trois présentes sur le lustre fonctionnait, avec des toiles d’araignées partout.
