We had a great stay at this hotel! One of the biggest perks was the easy and convenient parking, which made coming and going stress-free. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Knott’s Berry Farm, making it super convenient for families planning a fun day at the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the area especially if you’re traveling with kids

Staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Convenient having Walgreens right across the street and Knotts very short walk. Very nice except for the parking situation, however, we got a good space and did not move the car during the four days we were there.

This location DOES NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. We put breakfast required in the hotels.com filter and this hotel indicated it did so we booked it. After checking in, I asked when breakfast was served, noticing there was no kitchen and they said they don't do breakfast. Since I had already checked in, hotels.com couldn't issue the refund immediately so we're still trying to work it out. I showed this to the front staff and they said they have told Expedia about it. Don't stay here if you need breakfast. However, it is really close to Knott's Berry Farms so there's that.

So many pros and cons about our stay. Our room was clean, but it was in disrepair. The padding under the carpet was dissolved. The carpet was dirty. The tiles in the shower were falling off. The curtains had holes, the sheets were paper thin. The house keeping staff did everything they could to make the room nice but it was gross. They are redoing rooms and the ones that have been redone look so nice! The location was fantastic, walking to knotts was easy. The pool was nice clean and a little bit heated. We were never told about a breakfast so we never looked. I booked a room that had additional space but the room we had was a standard one when I asked the front desk about it. They said all of them were that size except two were bigger and not available. So if you want the room in the picture with a dinning table you might not get it. Which was disappointing. I’m undecided if we would come back again.

There is no hot tub. The pool was clean, and was tested by the health department when we arrived, which helped me feel better about the kids swimming in it. The owner is doing his best but I felt the reviews must be fake because this is very run down hotel.This hotel is one where people live and many sketchy characters were out front at late hours. I think motel 6 is nicer and I don’t stay at those. I think it was pretty clean but I cleaned the room again just to be safe. The pictures are deceiving, I almost just took the hit and booked us another hotel. The insurance I purchased did not allow me to cancel more than like 3 weeks out which is pointless. The owner was very nice. I would not stay here again.
