What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing. We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was simply outstanding: a fantastic selection, everything fresh and delicious, and excellent service. A particularly lovely touch was the option to take sandwiches and fruit with you. There are also so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, such as water dispensers in the hallways and carafes with beautiful glasses in the room. There is plenty of parking, and the tram stop right outside makes it very easy to explore Katowice. We felt completely comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the little tea/coffee area was very helpful. I don’t know if the people in the room above me were practicing a gymnastics routine or testing basketball inflation, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the surrounding guests can be heard.

Es gab nach 9 Uhr am Sonntag keine Butter und keine Brötchen mehr ... absoluter Fauxpas ... beim Aufenthalt zwei Wochen vorher wurde eine halbe Stunde vor dem Frühstücksende schon abgeräumt ... hier ist die Hotelleitung extrem gefragt ... ansonsten echt alles perfekt ... würden wiederkommen, mal sehen wie es dann ist ... Die Hotelanlage präsentiert sich in einem gepflegten und ansprechenden Zustand, wobei das Frühstücksangebot durch seine Vielfalt und Reichhaltigkeit besticht. Das Abendessen à la carte ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel empfinde ich die Preisgestaltung als leicht überzogen.
