The room was great, clean, and with 3 chocolates waiting for me! Breakfast was good, with enough space for a lot of people, and the location was great, very close to the beach. The staff was welcoming, and there’s a small market nearby, so you don’t have to dine out every day of your stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com.

O hotel tem 2 elevadores que tem capacidade para 4 pessoas cada e um deles estava em manutenção. Estavamos no oitavo andar e o problema do elevador foi bem desgastante. Equipe da recepção muito educada e prestativa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso além das colaboradoras que cuidam da limpeza e organização do salão serem muito simpáticas e educadas. Em relação a limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas, todas extremamente brancas e parecendo novas. Observações a fazer: ar condicionado de janela extremamente barulhento. E a equipe da limpeza já faz movimentos de limpeza antes das 8h da manhã, poderiam ser ou mais silenciosas ou iniciar a partir das 8h.
