Don't go there, stay away!

We checked in at 5 and and had no hot water. We claimed for it to be fixed and they said it would be fixed in an hour, at 7 we claimed again, letting them know that my son was sick and really needed the shower, they said thank you and cut the phone, it was finally fixed at 8 pm only after I'd asked for a refund.

O atendimento é Excelente, minha família foi bem atendida, na recepção, cozinha e no serviço de quarto. A piscina é um lugar especial. Passamos 5 dias de férias nesse hotel, é bem familiar.
