Stay in Ona Living for a week for my business trip. In general, the reception staffs are friendly and helpful. The cleaning maids and technicians can't speak English but are very friendly, too. The sofa bed is getting old so it may not look clean as you expected. The shower head also needs to be fixed or replaced. The location is close to two different subway entrances which can access several lines. A fully-equipped kitchen is provided, but there is no laundry machine for this apartment. The first night the fire alarm went off and lasted for almost two hours. That could be one of the downsides without staffs for the night shift.

The shower head holder was too high up and the shower head needs to be replaced. The heating was fixed to be 26 degrees. Usually too hot to sleep with it on. Other than the above, evrything was great. The location was good and the receptionist was wonderful.

Close to Metro. Very convenient. Off-city residential area with a lot of non-tourist shops nearby, a plus to me for experiencing locals' living. Nice. Big entertainment/shopping complex (Gran Via 2) is just on the other side of the street.

A very nice apartment with small kitchen and necessary kitchen utencil. The apartment is located at a walkable distance to Metro station, bus stop, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants and park. The apartment is close to Metro N9 line from airport and easy to locate. Its location not only convinent to buy daily stuff, but also easy for guest to and from sight seeing places. The staffs there were consider helpful in general compare with the people in Barcelona. Yet, ensure your check-in time as not front desk assistance after certain hours. The apartment is clean in general. Open Kitchen is big enough to cook breakfast and dinner if necessary. It is a bravo idea for family travel if you do not want to take breakfast outside everyday. Laundary could not easily handled by the washing machine.

Just far away from city centre, but you take bus just near the hotel. Very convenience. However, if you want to use wash machine to wash clothes, you need to pay €3. If the room have wash machine, if would be good for me. However, I encountered the air conditioner was broken down, but no one connect with me to tell this situation. Fortunately, next day is quickly to fix it.

Location: The hotel is not close to the city center. However, it is next to the metro station (i.e., Europa Fira) & opposite to a big shopping mall; Facilities: The room is clean and well-equipped even though the sofa bed was quite old. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to malls and transport. The mall is just across the hotel and the train was a 5-10 minutes walk. Also there’s some shops surrounding the area. It was a quiet area with the room equipped with a kettle and basic necessities like tissues, towels and hairdryer.

L’acceuil était très agréable avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Le logement est en bon état à l’exception de l’armoire dans la chambre et la douche qui n’a pas d’aération donc l’humidité se réparti dans l’appart. Attention aussi pour ceux qui ont un dommeil légé, c en face d'une école ! Le quartier était sur et on est a 30min du centre ville, beaucoups de transports à proximité. Merci!

Registration process to get keys after hours was very easy! Plus Gran Via 2 is right across the street so great shopping experience! The bathroom was the only thing I wasn’t so happy with because there was no way to stop the water from splashing outside but other then that, the bedroom, lobby, kitchen was very clean and convenient.

À FUIR !!!!

Première nuit : l’alarme incendie a sonné 2 fois à 21h et 1h du matin pendant plus d’une heure !!! La société de sécurité n’était pas joignable. Nuit horrible personne n’a pu dormir. Les enfants se sont réveillés complètement paniqué. Les détecteurs sont très sensibles, la moindre fumée de cuisine ou là en l’occurrence, la fumée de cigarette d’une personne de l’hôtel déclenche l’alarme. Une dizaine de sonnerie pendant 1 semaine. Les jours suivant : 4 jours sans eau chaude, le matin, la surprise était de savoir si nous avions de l’eau chaude ou non. La réparation a pris plusieurs jours. C’est inadmissible quand on a des enfants en bas âge de ne devoir prendre des douches froide. C’est un minimum de qualité quand on paye une location. La literie est horrible !!!! Le matelas s’enfonce sur une dizaine de centimètres et nous dormons dans des creux. Mon dos est bloqué depuis le début du séjour. Le canapé lit est horrible également même pour des enfants. Le mobilier et coussins sont vieillissants. Pas de parking pour se garer, nous avons cherché une place pendant plus d’une heure pour ne pas en trouver. Aucune aide de l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière qui nous a été refusé. Mais la personne de l’accueil nous réclamait quand même la taxe de séjour… Nous ne pouvions pas demander de remboursement car croyez moi sinon nous serions partis dès la première nuit. Cherchez vraiment un appartement ailleurs…
