旅館還不錯，但是位置感覺偏高車要開久ㄧ點

旅館位置在比較高的位置，且坡度挺陡的，尤其是停車場；停車場在旅館的右後上方，步行約5分鍾，不過可以先到飯店大門下行李、辦理入住後再去停車，大門前挺寬敞非常好臨停；飯店人員感覺態度有點冷，但是服務很周到，且會主動到門口外幫忙上下行李。山上沒什麼吃的，除非有向旅館訂晚餐，不然需在上山前就先吃；如果容易肚子餓的請看到7-11時要把握，只有山下才有；附的早餐還不錯，中西是皆有，採自助式，海鮮粥好吃。比較需要改進的：浴廁的洗手檯會漏水，而且水會淹到站的地方，漏出來的水好像也沒排水孔可以排；浴廁的總門很卡很難推；因爲浴廁只共用1個不透明的總門，所以只要有人去上廁所或是洗澡就不能使用另一個設備和洗手檯，除非使用者不介意被看到；牆壁某些地方有霉斑⋯；整體來說還算ok（我們是住雙床四人房）

純粹泡湯、賞景還是推薦，特定人員的服務訓練和食物、房間設備仍需改善

房間有些年久失修的感覺，一開始入住的房間浴池的窗簾卡住無法全拉上、紗窗壞掉、落地窗門鎖壞掉、陽台有垃圾和煙蒂，打電話給櫃檯人員，詢問可否換房間，一位女士說不行，會請清潔人員過來看。清潔人員來後，直接穿著腳上飯店拖鞋就踩上榻榻米，看一看說紗窗沒辦法、窗簾沒辦法，陽台的垃圾掃起來、兩個煙蒂掃起來後，另外兩個煙蒂無法立即掃到，說下雨天沒辦法，就離開了。超傻眼再打電話去櫃檯是一位男士接的，才連連抱歉並幫我們換到隔壁房間。 房間還蠻大的，浴池和陽台規劃也很不錯，泉質很好，很乾淨，臉盆水龍頭出水就是溫泉。但窗外的風景和網站的照片就差很多了，只能看到水泥牆，沒有那麼多植栽。 餐廳的服務就很不錯了，晚餐一套880，不能期待是什麼出色的食物，也就一般。早餐的選擇還算多？有一些現點現做的食物，在疫情期間是比較放心的選擇，海鮮粥是唯一推薦。 飯店其實整體還不錯，業者很用心在經營藝文空間，還有很多戶外賞風景的平台，這些是很加分的。但只給三顆星是提醒業者房間的維護，還有被一開始那位女櫃檯氣到。其他的服務人員倒都是很好的，最後退房時也主動開高爾夫球車載我們到停車場拿車，非常感謝。

會館內外設計充滿藝術氣息，這次入住高級雙人房，除了溫泉品質很棒，房間浴池設計搭配山間美景提升了此次泡湯體驗，許多地方看得出會館的用心，另外早餐精緻好吃。雖然房內固定型吹風機使用上較不便以及插座數設置偏少 ，但整體而言瑕不掩瑜，會是下次來泰安泡湯的首選。
