Not worthy to try

The rooms were not cleaned for long time. Sheets were changed bathroom was barely OK. We were considering to leave. The breakfast was nice but very diffucult to enjoy because who know if the rooms are dirty how theu care when they prepare food.

Posizione abbastanza comoda a 10 min dalla spiaggia e da ristoranti carini. Camera tutto sommato pulita ma senza pretese. Zona piscina curata e colazione abbondante! Nota negativa del soggiorno: personale del tutto indisponibile alla reception, nemmeno con le informazioni base; internet Wi-Fi non disponibile nè in camera nè alla reception; personale di servizio che bussa alla porta la mattina per rifare la camera o appena scendi per colazione quando non hai ancora lasciato la stanza per uscire.

I would not go back

I went with my family for a two night stay and we booked two communicating rooms. When we arrived we asked if someone could unlock the doors between them and although they said they would, it took almost two hours for someone to show up (after a second call). I also asked for sheet covers for the duvets but nobody brought them by. At the end of the day we asked again at the front desk and they gave us fitted sheets, saying they didn't have any other kinds of sheets. The rooms were ok, definitely in need of some work. The first day they had water in the lobby but then they removed it. The door keys only worked after several attempts...but the buffet breakfast was good

Worst experience. It’s not ready to open

Staying in this hotel is the worst experience we have had in Israel. First of all, there is no hotel name sign at all. You can not find any hotel name around or on the hotel building. The hotel is very old and dirty, no WiFi, full of smoking smell. When asking their staffs why no hotel name sign or WiFi, we got answered that the hotel just opens for a week. We booked a room for three persons, only one double bed ready for two when we checked in around 7:30PM. We asked for an extra bed three times and were told someone would come half hour later the third time. The staff is very rude. We fled from the hotel the next morning as early as possible. Apparently, the hotel has not done any renovations for its opening. It is not ready to open for sure..
