Good price, good and reception, good breakfast.

Reception is very helpful. Room is clean. I reserved one bed in 4 women room. I am hsppy that end up l got two night all by myself and one night with two women in one room. Breakfast is great. They serve dinner with 7.50 euro too, with lot of vege and fruit. The transport to downtwon is easy. No air con, have to open window at night. But managable. I like the hostel very much with this price.

Although it is not located in the best position, the hostel provides good service and a nice breakfast. The twin room that I stayed in is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is better than I expected.

早餐超豐盛!是在歐洲吃到最棒的早餐。雙人房房間不壅擠，房內有淋浴間，但上廁所需到外面共用的廁所。房間在樓上，行李房在地下室，沒有電梯。最近的地鐵要走5~10分鐘，也沒有電梯，拉行李的人要注意。櫃台可以免費借吹風機，但用完就要還，不能借整天。網路很棒。

Great Wifi and breakfast

The wifi connection of the hostel is good. Great breakfast but you need to come earlier. Nice customer service. After you check out, you can still store the luggage here. Not really near to the metro, about 15 min. By the way, there are some mosquito in the room.

Fællesarealerne bære præg at de er indrettet til skoleklasser, men værelserne er moderne og rene. Beliggenheden fås ikke meget bedre, især når man kommer i bil, med fin parkering bag bygningen. 2 min. gang til Potsdammerplatz og 5 min til Brandenburger Tor.

Disappointed

Was at this hostel as an solo traveller. I was disappointed with the enviroment which was very quiet and isolated. This is not the place if you want to meet and talk to people. The room climate was very warm I coulden't sleep well at night. The only good thing though was their breakfast.

Bad check-in, the rest a fine experience.

I had booked a private room for 4 people, for 3 nights. When we arrived I was told that I had cancelled my booking, and therefore they didn't have a room for us. But I had not cancelled anything! I had even received an email a few hours earlier from Hotels.com about the upcoming stay. They checked again after a few times saying it was my mistake, and the receptionist figured out it was a colleague who had cancelled it. But they managed to moved around some of the other guests to free up a room for us for the night. We were told we had to move to another room for the next night. But we ended up staying in the same room all of our stay. Food was fine, lots of young people on school trip stays in this hostel. The building and interior is very old.

Super Service und tolles Frühstück

Für eine Stadtreise ist es ideal gewesen. Die Herberge ist in einer guten Lage und das Frühstück ist lecker. Allerdings sind die Wände etwas hellhörig aber es ist sauber und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Jederzeit wieder einen Besuch wert.

Great location, great room & breakfast available. Slightly concerned that 20 minutes after arriving to our room someone else unlocked our door and said they’d been assigned this room. After asking the staff what happened they said “it doesn’t usually happen” but never apologised
