Staff would not register me for the night even though I had a paid reservation. Made me pay an additional $10 to stay. I had a non-refundable reservation so was extorted into paying the additional money.

The first room we were given was dark and dingy but we couldn’t stay in it because the door would not lock from the outside once shut which was a major safety concern, The second room was also supposed to be a non smoking room but it reeked of weed. No matter how long I kept the door open it would not air out. It was also filthy and the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. I had to shower with my phone’s flashlight propped up on the towel rack just to somewhat see what I was doing. I don’t know how I made it through the one night stay and would never go back here.

Parking is easy, and for first floor guests, super convenient. slight mildew odor, which dissipated after I turned on the A/C. Room was clean and roomy, and well appointed with good sized refrigerator (between dorm and full size), and microwave, flat screen TV, but no coffeemaker. Could do with a touchup of paint and trim in places. Very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient location.

The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.

Perfectly fine for our needs. Priced a little high for service received in my opinion. Bedding was very minimal. No breakfast as stated on Hotels.com. Television would not connect to cable even though there was an Infinity remote.

Clean, nonsmoking in the are we stayed in, and great price for just needing a place to sleep. Staff very responsive. Walks are a little thin, but we were up early anyway. If you need a clean place to sleep this is perfect.
