Surprisingly likeable accommodation and was just the perfect start to a few days in Tuscany. The cabin appeared to be new and well designed, clean and tidy. Spent 2 nights there as base to explore Pisa then late afternoons enjoying the pool area (swim caps mandatory) and seawater pool at perfect temperature.

The unit was small but ideal for the 3 of us. Very clean, good storage space, clean bathroom and reasonably equipped kitchen, with fridge, sink and hob. The air con worked, but we found it a bit temperamental at times, turning it on and off (possibly just weak batteries). The location of this campsite is brilliant, about 10 mins walk to the tower, but be aware it is along a busy loud road and underpass. Not a problem at all, just not the prettiest of walks! The pool is a decent size and we always found sunbeds, but sometimes not in the sun. It is a rule that you wear swim hats, and the lifeguards ensure the rule is followed. If you haven't brought your own you can buy at the shop. There is a bar/cafe next to the pool, for drinks, ice cream and snacks. We found the barman was a bit abrupt and rude to many of the guests. But all other staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat here. The shop also sells many essentials if you want to make your own food. It's a quiet site, although some nights they have something on by the pool (magician for wg). We would definitely stay here again if we wanted somewhere in Pisa, with a pool, for a great price

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Set on the outskirts of town so it felt like we were in the country, but only 2 minutes walk to the station, 10 minutes walk to the Tower and the sights. There was also a swimming pool with cafe bar, a restaurant and a small shop. We took the train to Florence which is an hour away and well worth a vist. Superb all round!

This is the second time we've stayed and it's a great value option for exploring Pisa and the north west coast, as its walkable to Pisa (even with an eight year old) and close to rail links. If you don't feel like exploring, the pool is plenty big enough for a proper swim, and there is bar food available in the day and a nice restaurant at night. The staff were really good with helping us practice our Italian too.

Great stay in one of the caravans. Arrived at 12.30am and night guard kindly let us in and took passports (got them back from reception next morning) and showed us to our caravan. Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch.

We needed a place to stay for two nights. This location was perfect due to price and location very close to the leaning tower , we walked every where. This was our first time renting a Village cabin. It’s a 15 min walk to the leaning tower & about 10 min to the smaller station (not Pisa Central) which was good for day trips to Lucca (20 mins) and Viareggio (12 mins). Stayed in a caravan - very clean & although only one air con in the lounge - it worked fantastic & all bedrooms were perfectly chilled!
