I booked three rooms during my stay. The carpets in all three rooms are very dirty and stained, and the noise level can be high, depending on the guests staying above you. The water in my shower took a long time to get hot, at least 5 minutes. Lastly, when I put on the robe provided by the hotel after my shower, it had a strong cologne scent, suggesting that the hotel did not wash it after the previous guest wore it.

木造建築隔音非常差超級吵，隔壁前房2個小孩追趕跑跳碰，我能清楚聽見媽媽唸小孩每一句話！隔壁後房外國人交談和扣扣敲打聲！樓上咚咚腳步聲！30幾年房內用地毯，明顯看得很多塊污漬，地毯清潔有待加強！飯店前停車位只有10個左右，要停到比較遠的另一個停車場！飯店也沒有電梯，唯一的優點就是湖景早餐算好吃，但強迫客人選07：00-8：30或8：45-10：30早餐時段，時間到需清場很沒彈性！唯一優點每樓層中間大廳湖景優美！這次因為前一天才訂房只能訂這間，沒想到是令人失望的品質！以同樣的房價，下次我絕對會選其他飯店入住！
