There is no pool here. They have two carts, but one is broken, and the other is halfway falling apart, but they help. The laundry facility is $3.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. They have one soda machine. The ice machine is on the 1st floor. Breakfast is nice, but is literally the same thing every single day. The elevator is spacious but is only for 4 people at a time. Smoking is out back whether it’s tobacco or *other*. Vaping is allowed in the front but away from the door. If I needed towels or pillowcases, or anything else, the staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a Walmart, Lowe’s, Chinese buffet all within walking distance. So many other places in close proximity as well. If you’re coming for an ARMY graduation, it’s a nice place to sleep that won’t break the bank. We had the double room and it was plenty spacious; I can’t speak for the smaller rooms.
The kitchenette area with a large fridge. They provide 4 plates, 2 glasses, a few espresso mugs, a toaster, very scratched pans, and utensils. I would suggest bringing your own pan, dish soap (not provided), sponge, and anything else you might need.
The bedroom area with double queen beds. The bed covers and pillowcases were stained/dirty. Front desk said it was a bleach stain and just stains they couldn’t get rid of. I replaced the pillowcases just in case.
One of the bathrooms.. both look the same, aside from the one by the living area had bad rust stains.
Living area. None of the lamps in the hotel worked aside from the one between the beds. They’re basically just for show.

Great room. Had issue with a lamp they just took it didn’t bring it back. No pillows for pull out couch. Called they brought them right up. Pull out couch bed. To uncomfortable to sleep on. Just slept on couch. Couch faux leather cracking and flaking off.

We have been there a couple of months ago back in October and Sara was amazing. Now that we went back this and still Sara was amazing and house keeping (Robin) was outstanding and amazing. She help us with our suitcase and asked if we need anything.

Worst hotel.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed for a Wyndom. The lights did not work in the room, the tv remote was broken, the one bed cover was dirty with we were not sure what, the shower curtain had mold, the room has places in the ceiling that had water leaked and for some reason my dog who travels with us kept getting sick. We have left and she is now okay. The last thing we were in a handicap room not sure why but it was on the 4th floor. If a fire happened I would not know how a wheelchair bound person would get out.

Highly disappointing

When we arrived, we found out that the listing that we reserved was not even a room that was offered at this hotel. We were expecting a room that slept 8 and got a room that slept 4. I went to change the room to what we expected and they gave us a room that barely slept 6. They were listed as queen beds but were clearly full size beds. When we pulled out the couch bed, the sheets had not been changed with disgusting crumbs, hair, and stains. Upon further inspection, the corners of the room were mucky and the faucets in the bathrooms were coated with scum. As a person who grew up staying in Wyndham’s across the country, I’ve come to expect a certain level of excellency when staying at this brand. This experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had, not just at a Wyndham, but at a hotel. I’m also completely sick of properties not checking to make sure their listings line up with what hotels.com says they have and they want to pass the blame onto them. However, I believe it is the responsibility of each hotels to make sure it is right.

perfect for our needs.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. My husband and I stopped after a 14 hour drive. We only needed a place to sleep and shower. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom tub was a little dirty, and the shower and bathroom sink drained slow, but I could look past that as we were just driving through. If I would have been staying longer it probaly would have bothered me. We did not do the continental breakfast, so I am not sure how that was. If ever driving through the area again and needed a place to stay, I would stay again.
