Upgrade from junior suite to studio suite by MONEY

We booked 3 junior suite for a family holiday, and Taksu provide me room number 323, 313 and 213. When I entered room 213, I was disappointed because of my balcony was facing the wall of another building(same as room 313). Even room 323, the balcony not really facing the pool, both of the room are located at edge of same building. So that I requested to changed, they response me I can spent money to upgrade to studio suite. Finally I upgrade all my booking by spending about +20%, now I can said "Money made everything possible!" I can conclude that the room is large, the staffs are nice and the pool really great! I recommended to upgraded to studio suite when booking. And there are a lot of shop around, even massage, laundry and foods. Walking to beach not too far.

Nice Stay

-A bit far away from the beach -Wide range of choices of food round the hotel. Several local food stalk around the corner serving satay, indonesian food etc. Good western restaurant in the main street, which is just 10 mins walk away. - Although the swimming pool is a basic one, it is maintained at good condition. - We love the balcony, where we can enjoy the breeze, food and sunshine - Room is large but table is small

This is a hotel that I definitely recommend. Everything in this hotel was excellent. I especially liked the staff. I would like to mention Antari from the staff. She was very kind, communicated every time we came to eat, smiled. But I would like to pay special attention to the receptionist Fati. She is a treasure to the hotel. It was a pleasure to see her every time. She smiles and lifts my spirits all day long. If I needed help, I knew I could go to her. It was always a pleasure to chat with her. There was another admin girl, but unfortunately I don't remember the name. She is very good too. I think that for their good work, the hotel management should increase their salary or add bonuses. The room was cleaned daily. There was always water, coffee, tea in the room. The pool is very clean and beautiful. In general, I definitely recommend this hotel. Best wishes, Alex and Olena

出張時の常宿です。 部屋も広く、シャワーの排水も良好です。 サヌールの外れですが、5分圏内にレストランも多く、ビーチ沿いのレストランにも歩いて行けます。 高級ホテルのリゾート感は望めませんが、コンパクトな旅行には価格的にも良い宿だと思います。 欧米人が多く、日本のツアー客は見かけたことはありません。 3F、4Fのバルコニー付きのプールビューの部屋をお勧めします。

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options, the rooms were spacious and the property was very pretty. But a word of warning, the beds are extremely hard. I have hip issues and my husband has back issues and the bed was too hard for us and we suffered from a lack of sleep. A new bed was installed in our room during our stay and was even harder than the original bed. (the hotel received new beds for all the rooms). I wish we could say we would come again, but we could not afford spending another stay with the aches and pains we endured and the sleeplessness. Seriously, there was absolutely no give at all in the beds and we have slept on many hard beds but this was the hardest we have encountered. If you like hard beds, well this property is a great place to stay.

가성비가 좋아요 스텝들이 친절합니다 조용하게 지냈습니다 조식도 괜찮습니다 투숙객들은 거의 서양인들이고 한국사람은 거의 없었습니다 중국인도 꽤 보였구요 샤워부스의 수압이 약합니다 시설은 연식이 꽤 됐지만 관리를 잘한느낌입니다 편의점이 가깝고 그랩이나 고젝도 바로바로 잡히는 위치라서 불편하지 않았습니다

My husband and I stayed at Taksu Sanur for 12 nights. The hotel is in the quieter end of Sanur, much nicer than the overcrowded Northern part, with lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, convenience stores, spas etc within walking distance. Nice pool and outdoor area, comfy bed, beautiful buffet breakfasts. The highlight of our trip were the staff at Taksu. All so friendly, warm and welcoming, they really made us feel at home and relaxed. Terimah Kasih Antari, Astika,Sri, Lisa,Ita, Wirada, Desi, Ati and all the fantastic staff at Taksu, you made our stay wonderful!
