I was a little bit hesitant taking the family due to the low price but everything was great. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it was quiet. Pool looked nice but we never got a chance to go swim. The mini fridge and microwave both worked great. Ice dispenser was conveniently placed. The place is a little older and doesnt sparkle and shine but it is clean. If you are just looking for a nice, clean quiet place to rest your head and don't need all the glitz and grammar then this spot is great. I do recommend it. If you are unable to climb stairs then make sure to get a room on the bottom floor.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and for $70 a night, I haven’t stayed at a better place. It’s not a 4 star by any means, but it was clean, my room was updated with a nice also clean bathroom. Great location. Safe Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It’s an older hotel with modest upgrades. Comfortable beds, a modern tv, and plenty of room. The room itself was clean but there was some scum build up on the tub. You put this hotel in almost any city and it’s the best deal around but for the Smoky Mountains, it’s slightly below the other options but worth a stay. Staff was very friendly.

This is not a 5-star place, but when you factor in the price I'd say it qualifies. It was a little dated, but the beds were really nice and it had a microwave and decent sized fridge. It was priced lower than other comparable places and the location was really good. I would definitely stay here again.
