Was a terrible experience. Spent money elsewhere.
I don't know where to start. This has been the most concerning stay I've ever tried. For sure not near a 4 star hotel as they state in their website, hotels.com, Google, etc.
Bad service, employees didn't do anything to help and don't care about you and to solve the issues. They couldn't care less if you have a good vacation or not. On three cases employees became rude because we had questions.
The English level with these employees is so bad that it's difficult to have a normal conversation. It ended up causing several times where we paid extra money because the employees don't speak proper English and saying drinks are included when it's not.
We came from Kiwengwa Beach Resort and this was a completely different experience (extraordinary), so it's isolated to this place.
Only person who wanted to help was the Guest Relations employee.
Basides the above:
- don't trust the pictures you see. Hotel room is very different
- prices at this hotel is so way of with the current quality and standard
- extremely bad wifi
- there's no food to buy ouside all inclusive opening hours and the hotel is 6 km. from nearest supermarket
- hotel was under renovation close to our room whole day for most of the stay.
Lastly became sick of the food and is still struggling with my stomach (4 days after). I saw raw chicken in the food the days after this.
Never recommending this place to anyone. It's the most chaotic hotel I've visited.
