My flight was delayed multiple times and I was grateful that my check in went smoothly despite arriving after hours! Felt safe. There was also a yummy local Thai restaurant next door that had some of my favorite dishes for local prices that I had for breakfast.

Booked this for my daughter who had an early flight back to the uk it says free shuttle bus on check in she was informed no bus was running it’s a 10 minute walk but she was on her own with 2 cases so had to book a taxi

Conveniently close to the airport for a late night arrival. Plenty of street food establishments and a 7/11 nearby. Suited my needs for 1 night perfectly. Good value for money.

Just for one night close to the airport

The holet wasnt the cleanest either the best but i just stayed one night to be close to the airport in an early flight so if that its your plan can work for one night because ist close to the airport and have a lot of restaurants around. Not recomended for long stay

We are a family of 3 with a 12 month baby. We booked this hotel because it was in a convenient location with a free pick-up arrangement from the airport. It was going to be our pit stop over night before heading down south to a resort hotel near Kata Beach the next morning. Unfortunately they were unresponsive when we tried to contact them via message during our connecting flight in Bangkok for a pickup but ended up walking to the hotel from the airport. The hotel its self was clean and all standard amenity with good air conditioning and wifi and water bottle. Our room was on the 2nd floor and they didn't have an elevator so had to carry our luggage which was not a big deal but if you have two luggages per person you may need to make two rounds. One of the bedside table lamp had a loose socket and did not work. The shower drain was not great and very slow and water will start to accumulate creating a puddle, not to a point where it will flood. Theres a few street food opened late and grocery stores and convenient stores near buy. The YES currency exchange is a 3min walk which had a great rate which I highly recommend. Depending on the purpose of stay it may differ for other people but for us this time it was very cost efficient and good. If they had the pick up arrangement from the airport I would have given a higher rating.

An airport hotel without offering transfer service

No pick up service to and from the airport.Thus, I complained to the customer service of hotel.com and finally got a transfer to the airport and you offered me a 150 dollars compensation that I feel your company is fantastic.The female receptionist was extremely rude and impolite.

訂的時候說明包機場接送的，但不論用電郵、電話、臉書都聯絡不上。 最後晚機到了泰國再打給他們才聯絡到。 酒店有間別館，別館是順路的，但離馬路口很遠，如果夜機到要買夜宵的話，還是住本館比較好。 本來送我們到別館，別館帶游泳池。 但因為我們差不多凌晨12時才到，又沒有吃晚餐，所以要求他把我們送回本館。 本館是要向機場方向才順路，從別館去有點遠。 本館沒有電梯，要走樓梯上3樓，還好行李沒有很重。 整體乾淨，前台的紋身大漢比較沒有笑容，可是也沒有服務不好。 洗澡只有兩塊肥皂跟一小瓶洗髮精，不過熱水是即熱的，很感恩。 房間沒有窗戶，所以都不知時間，其他也沒有特別好或不好。 二百元的房價沒有很便宜，不過因為挺近機場，所以就算了。

看着办吧

酒店不肯提前来机场接人，给了个电话和邮箱让我联系。下了飞机我的手机卡不能打电话，没法联系酒店。结果自己扛着行李去，到了之后以为可以下榻休息了。结果又叫自己店里的人开了辆小面包车把我们5个人，和另外一对小夫妻，一共8个人加行李运到了一个附近的另外一个名字的旅社。居住环境放国内我觉得撑死3星吧。好在这个旅社的老板还是比较负责的，第二天一早又开车把我们载了出去。不然真不知道要怎么走。
