由于我订的店间靠近路边，所以晚上睡觉时，经常会听过来往公路的车声，感觉有点噪。此外，室内虽然配有暖气，但作用不大，需要向服务员添加一台电暖气。最后就只房间只有一个电插座，如果入住人数多，插座不够用，建议自己带电插板去，这就方便多了。值得赞的员服务很好，有求必应。如果有下次，一定会再来。

An experience of tent cabin

We stayed in a tent cabin here because we booked too late and missed all the other options nearby. The experience was not as hush as we imagined. In fact, the owner was super friendly and super welcoming; the sausage patties and french toast were delicious. The only thing was that there were merely 2 shared showers and 2 restrooms for all cabins.

We stayed in a very cosy cabin that was spotless and had all the amenities. Our friends stayed in the “Family Room” which is upstairs from the restaurant and has 2 bedrooms and a sitting room, and looks just like your grandmother’s house, with antique furniture and quilts. We ate at the on-site restaurant every day and were lucky enough to be seated next to the owners and her parents- lovely, very hard-working people. The grounds feature comfy chairs arranged around fire rings, as well as games like Cornhole in the common area. The property is adjacent to Virginia Creek, and it’s a lovely spot to sit and have morning coffee. This is a perfect place to base your adventures, whether you want to explore Bodie, enjoy the hot springs in Bridgeport, or just have a peaceful getaway. We will definitely return!

The cool way this place is set up nestled between route 395 and a beautiful little running river made for a very memorable and picturesque overnight stay on our way to Lake Tahoe. I was there in the snow which was gorgeous now plan to go back in the summer to fish and spend a few more days. The Beautiful little separate cabins were awesome. Loved it

Cabin/Room was nice enough. Could be cleaner. To many cobwebs and floor was not swept. Bathroom/shower area was really cramped for a male adult. I guess its part of the cabin/room thing. Owner was very nice. It's probably difficult finding employees in that area to clean. I did NOT have that oogy feeling like I had to worry about getting bit.

I rented the small cabin right across from the creek. It was nice. Cold but nice. It was a level up from tent camping. The restaurant was nice. People were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at Virginia Creek Settlement for one night over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The price was great, and the service was even better—genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming. Even though the on-site restaurant was closed during the holiday, the owners went out of their way to offer us free food, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. Their pet-friendly policy is fantastic—our pet stayed completely free. We also loved the small touches: a welcome bag with s’mores supplies and fish food, which the kids adored using to feed the fish. The entire property is well maintained, peaceful, and full of charm. Our cabin was clean, warm, and cozy, perfect for a relaxing night. The handmade souvenirs in the gift area were also super cute and added to the charm of the place. Overall, Virginia Creek Settlement provided far more than we expected. Highly recommended.
