so much extra charges. i booked cabin for maximum 6 people, but i have to pay extra 24dollars for my two kids since my booking default setting is for two adults guests(i didn't change because the cabin said max 6). have to pay extra for coffee 3dollars for a small cup machine made, ice bag 4 dollars and mini golf $5/kid, climbing, horse riding all need to.pay

Everything was excellent, and the only reason I would say one one area of "improvement" would be to turn on the pool heaters sooner in the year, but I can understand why they weren't on yet. One of the MAIN reasons we chose the resort was because of the pool... We still had a super fun time with the freezing cold pool water because there was a nice warm hot tub turned on.

Staff was super nice but the shared bathrooms were pretty dirty. The showers had no soaps and needed to be cleaned. For the price of the glamping side I would expect a better bathroom. Not all the amenities were open in November which also made the price seem not worth it. The drive to Zion shuttle was 45 min. It was a great atmosphere otherwise and a nice break from the crowds.

DO NOT eat at the restaurant! Terrible service and the chicken skewer smelled nauseatingly bad. My children and I were dropped off by friends and I had only cash. After driving for almost 4 hours from Las Vegas we were starving. The young boy at the register did not want to accept cash because it was close to closing time. My children got teary eyed when they realized we couldn’t pay for our food and thankfully the man behind us offered to pay with his card. Unbelievable! The rude cashier told us the salad bar was closed and he let the people behind us go and serve themselves. Unbelievable right! When we finally got our food, my daughter’s chicken fingers were still frozen in the middle and my chicken skewer smelled very bad. When I gave it to the receptionist he had to put it on the side because of the bad smell. I mentioned it at checkout and the lady told me to go deal with the restaurant. But I didn’t dare enter that terrible place. The cashier didn’t care leaving me and my children hungry because we only had cash and I didn’t expect him to care that they served us rotten chicken. I have never had such bad experience in my entire adult life. He couldn’t hide his annoyance that we entered the restaurant at 1:10 and they were closing at 1:30. Everyone else was nice and the stay was fun, but definitely would try a different place next time. Worst place to spend $54 dollars for rotten chicken and still frozen in the middle chicken fingers!!!!!

Mice in tent. Staff moved me to new tent which I appreciate. Location was a little far from entrance to park. Restaurant was nice to grab a coffee or quick bite. Restrooms were clean. Great place for a family wanting to spend time at the ranch participating in the inste activities.

Well, except or all of this...

So, this is our own fault. We should have complained more when we were there. I suppose this place is great if you have kids camping with you. Our propane tank was empty, no-one answers the phone number on the check-in instructions sheet. The bathrooms and showers are really moldy-mildewy-smelly, and our mattress (under the pad- we checked for bed bugs) was covered in mouse-poop that we cleaned up ourselves because, by this point, we were just feeling defeated by our choice. The glamping tent was in a tight circle and you really hear everything happening at the campfire in front of you and the circle of cabins behind you. The furniture was looking tired and early yard-sale in design. Maybe for you, not for us.

We only spent 2 nights. This would have been a great place to spend our whole vacation. So close to the state park, beautiful scenery, the staff were amazing, friendly knowledgeable. Loved it!!
