Nice river view with kitchen facilities

Overall a good place to stay as it is close to the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park and the town centre. But the sofa bed was too soft & uncomfortable and my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor using the extra mat. Also, there was no toaster which was a common facility for accommodation with kitchen facilities. We found the place was poorly managed. There was an envelope in the room which suggested we should tip the room cleaner for tidying the room. We stayed at the place for 2 nights. We forgot to put tips inside the envelope before we went out for sightseeing on the 2nd day. Unfortunately, that resulted in the room not tidied. There was absolutely no room cleaning provided. The sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom were not cleaned. The amenities were not replenished. The only one thing that was done was that the bins were emptied. The room cleaning should be part of the room charge and should not depend on our tipping.

Overall ok, riverside view, but one of the room too small to put into two double bed and without window and air-conditioner. Not good in summer. Others are good, next time will try again.

Not good

I were not impressed with the two nights we stayed at this hotel/ river suits. The check in room is under some stairs. You walk right into an office. Staff was nothing more than they needed to be: Not a warm welcome. We felt that the pictures the property advertised with with does not match the reality of what you get. - Rooms were not clean. Dust and spots - Beds were small. Sofa bed was terrible and unusable to sleep in. - bathroom were small and not very inviting. The list goes on.

Nice deck

The road to get to hotel was terrible, but the room and view of river were nice. We had elk 10 feet from our deck! Hard to find office to check in. A little pricey for area.

Bed springs coming through, filthy carpet, outdoor rugs INSIDE trying to hide carpet, tv ok, bathroom just ok, but EVERYTHING else was horrible. No parking, teenager taking care of tiny hidden office & just a waste of a lot of money. The bedroom had about a foot of room all the way around the bed!

When checking in a tour showing how The TV works, explain the washer and dryer, how to open the window in the kitchen. The front door should have a screen for air. The air conditioner in the bedroom is under powered. It can not cool the complete unit. The renter should not have to waste time figuring how things work.

The location and the view were wonderful!!! There was a lack of parking, and I had to back in to a lane beside the cabins, which was awkward. There was even a No Parking sign, but was told to park there. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable, and I had to ask for sheets for it. There was no toaster, dishwasher detergent, or dishtowels. We managed without, but would have appreciated them. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!!!

Good location but cabin was dated.

The cabin we were in does face the river and is central to the area with shops and restaurants close by. You can walk everywhere. Our cabin was dated, cluttered and worn looking. Service was fine. You couldn’t sit on the deck because of all the bugs on the river bank in the evenings. Found dirty items when we used the pullout.

Cabin on the river

Sitting on the deck of our riverside cabin overlooking the Gardiner River was a real treat. Located about 100 meters from our front door was the Bar and Grill restaurant. Great meals excellent views and friendly staff. Best of all we did not have to uber home. The cabins were well appointed if somewhat short on kitchen appliances.

Very nicely located near main strip. Excellent scenery. Bathroom, unfortunately was way too small for even 2 people, let alone 3, and lighting could have been better. Minimal plugs and placement of furniture was off. Hard to see the television.

The view of the river is amazing. Very peaceful. Most of the property was clean but there were not sheets for the roll away bed and the dishes, etc were not put away. Other than that, this property is a great place to stay.

Great location (proximity to Yellow stone) and walking to the restaurants and shops in Gardiner, MT but we were put in a lower level unit with only one outside chair so hanging out outside was not an option to enjoy the evening after a day of driving in Yellowstone

Had a very hard time locating office. No address was visible. Office is in different location from cabin. I was worried about reservation when we Were driving around as area kind of run down; but it turned out fine, cabin very nice, above river, even washer an dryer; also, staff was very nice

Excellent view of Yellowstone River on Cabin #1 patio. Superior kitchen facilities. Good nostalgic displays on walls and cabinets. Custer’s last stand painting is unnecessary. There’s a hole in the bathroom next to a cleaning room. Placed a tissue. The outdoor patio is cool and pleasant. Easy access to door. Rude staff on restaurant next door. It’s more of a bar than anything else.

We stayed in a cabin. For the price we paid, i expected something better at least expected it in the better area. it looks old from outside and the area is a little ,Inside it looks nice and clean, this cabin has everything you need ( full kitchen and laundry)., owner is very nice and friendly, he let us to check in early.

Great location just by the North Yellowstone entrance. The cabins are spacious and clean abd the staff were very nice. The only thing to note is that check-in is only available for a short window (4 pm until 830 pm).
