Poor
We were informed very late that we couldn't access rooms until 1 hour after standard time. When given access we found one room not cleaned. When informing staff we only got options: wait for "someone" to clean room or take another room, without sea view. We asked them to clean the room. When "done", we still found bins not emptied and no towels. Asked for new towels and were promised them. Finally had to go down for them myself. Porter nice enough but hotel totally understaffed. We were "compensated" with four free gin tonics. I think a total refund of the uncleaned room would have been ok.
