Plan to carry suitcases up a lot of steps, but otherwise very pleased with our stay! Owner was very accommodating, rooms are very clean and have a cool vibe. Food was great, bar/restaurant staff very friendly. Would stay again!

Mysigt hotell med en känsla av Engelsk genuinitet. Tyvärr var kvällspersonalen inte alls trevlig men vid frukost var det trevligare. Vi åt English breakfast. Hotellet är gammalt med allt var rent och fräscht. Om man vill ha en engelsk känsla är det verkligen rätt hotell att besöka

Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant.

Very clean property and great location. The ac was a life saver due to us staying during a heat wave. We were concerned upon check in, as there was a pub/restaurant below but we didn’t hear any of that noise in the room. Great breakfast and all of the staff was amazing. Highly recommended

What a lovely hotel and pub! We only stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and David was a wonderful host! The only downfalls were no lift and we were on the top floor and it’s a bit far from town but the charm made up for all of that!

Lovely well appointed rooms and one of the best cooked breakfasts in London. However, by far and away the best thing about the Hand and Flower is the staff. They are all fantastic, engaging and friendly. Simply cannot recommend enough.

We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us as a family of 5. Lovely, very quiet room and lovely, cosy decor. Kids loved the bunk beds and really good sized split room for us all. Big tv in each room and board games for the kids. Cooked breakfast was gorgeous and excellent, friendly service and excellent choice of juices, cereal too. Would highly recommend. It was very easy to get around from the hotel as the tube and bus stops were right there. As a family of five it's hard to find hotel rooms that we can all fit in but this is a gem and we'd love to stay again! Gorgeous victorian building and the real deal London! Thanks so much x

We had such a great stay at the Hand and Flower. The pub is old and full of character, but our room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. There were lovely toiletries, shortbread and nice brands of hot chocolate/tea/coffee. All the staff were LOVELY! so friendly and welcoming. Getting to choose your breakfast and have it freshly cooked was a treat. Hats off to the chef. The pub is really well positioned in West London and it’s easy to jump on a tube from Olympia or Hammersmith. Special shout out to the housekeeper - it must be a job making those bunk beds! And to Dave who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble - but honestly, everyone we met who worked there was lovely. Thank you and we look forward to staying next time we come to London.
