Ageing roadside motel with completely refurbished rooms. Very clean and comfortable room, good bed and bedding. Pack and go breakfast had good variety of selections. There are few options in this area and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is sooooo clean and newly updated! The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. There’s a nice path that leads to the gas station next door for late night snacks and beer. I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t eat the grab and go breakfast because we left super early.

We have stayed at the Whispering Sands many times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness more for the need to be updated. The room we stayed in should have the carpet removed and replace by the same flooring as some of the other rooms there. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are nice to have and convenient.

This is a great hotel. If you are wanting a home base for you visits to Goblin Valley State Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Swing Arm City, this is a perfect place. Clean rooms, staff is great. Grab n Go breakfast is awesome. There is a great burger joint right next door. No complaints everything was great.
