Ett bra hotell med strand och som ligger centralt

Ett bra hotell med stora trevliga rum. Sängen var mjuk och skön. Omgivningen var topp men ska de avancera till mer stjärnor måste man ta tag i badrummen. Men än så länge helt ok. Jag var jättenöjd med min vistelse där och frukosten var bra.

Top stay in North Sanur

Let's start with the only negative, and it has nothing to do with the hotel: on the north side of the property is the new mall, Icon. On weekends, It's management allows live performances with VERY LOUD music on the outdoor stage. This is noise pollution not fitting the quiet area of Sanur. A petition should be raised to stop this nonsense. Now to the positives: All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Nothing was too much and they bent over backwards to assist. Our room upstairs (215) was very clean and serviced daily. The gardens look immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The cooked section changed the selection daily, egg-station was brilliant, fruit juice and fresh fruits and even croissants and muffins. The beach was clean with plenty of deckchairs with umbrellas. The pool is on the smaller side, but sufficient considering the beach just across the foot path. We can definitely recommend Respati Beach Hotel.

Great Location and Hotel!

Respati is a wonderful gem of a hotel located directly on a beautiful beach in Sanur. The rooms are very modern, spotlessly clean, and come with a mini fridge with tea/coffee making facilities and supplies, as well as daily water. There are also thoughtful amenities such as tooth brushes and slippers. There are plenty of free sun loungers on the beach and beach service. The pool is very clean and inviting.The breakfast is a mix of Western and Asian dishes, and although basic, plentiful. The location of the hotel, right on the beach walk, has numerous restaurants nearby, as well as the new ICON MALL. The staff are very friendly and kind. It's the sort of place you are unhappy to leave!

Location Location Location says it all a great place to stay in Sanur, close to great bars and restaurants along the boardwalk and close to the new shopping centre also some good places to eat at the front of the resort along the main road. I found the restaurant and bar a little disappointing with poor service around the pool wich was none existent but overall i would stay again.

I really felt that for what we paid for our stay the property and service more than delivered. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Sanur with easy access to a number of amenities such as shopping, restaurants and the night market.

The restaurant is the biggest let down in that it is very obvious that the cheapest products are used, a lot is frozen products which is extremely disappointing especially as the price reflects that of a lot higher quality . The property itself is in need of a face lift. Lots of patch up jobs. TVs in rooms are that old that you cannot enjoy your own streaming services. And only have a couple of channels. The shower was very average.

パーフェクトってこの事。 対応してくれたらフロントスタッフさんが本当に素晴らしくて1歳半の娘も何不自由なく過ごせました。 プールもビーチも近くて楽しめました。 朝食もビュッフェスタイルでビーチを眺めながらゆっくりできました。 また、バリに行くなら利用したいです。

I gave the hotel 2 stars because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. The day I arrived the shower drain was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. The wash basin was also clogged they had to come and clean that. The towels were dirty they needed to change them and the bed sheets had stains. After they changed it, also the new ones had stains. It was really terrible. The location of the hotel is superb and the beach front is really beautiful. The grounds of the hotel is very well kept. It is too bad that they are not paying attention to maintenance and cleanliness.
